Holidays: Celebrations & Heightened Emotions

The Holidays are a time of celebration and a time of heightened emotions. In this sacred sharing circle we open to others, share meaningful dialogue and enter into conscious and compassionate conversation; activating our energy centers to heal. We then take that opening and meditate to music that connects us to many realms that exist within; releasing negative energy and tapping into blissful connection in Spirit.
