What is the Retreat about?

2020 has been a year of uninvited rapid reality changes - not necessarily for the better.  Many people are experiencing intense emotions and need some help coping.  Mental health issues are previlent and everyone is being affected. More and more people are turning to meditation and want to experience deep transformation. The type of meditation taught in this Retreat combines a unique mixture of different moldailties into one powerful experience.  During this weekend retreat you will have the opportunity to go within and explore many dynamic realms that exist within you.
